Beef Brisket Sandwich


French Onion Burger

The French Onion Burger is prepared with a 7 ounce Black Angus hamburger patty cooked to the guests desired temperature. Swiss Gruyere Cheese is melted over the burger and is topped with brandied caramelized onions. The sandwich is served on an oval platter with Au Jus for dunking and Rocket Fresh Cut Idaho Fries. Kalamata Olive Aioli for dipping the fries in is available upon request.


Cuban Sandwich

The Cuban Sandwich consists of black forest ham, yellow mustard, pulled pork, swiss gruyere cheese and muenster cheese and sliced kosher dill pickle on a ciabatta baguette. The sandwich is baked on a sizzler platter in a 475 degree oven for 4 minutes until top is bubbly and the cheeses are melted. The sandwich is cut in half on a long bias and is served on an oval platter with Rocket Fresh Cut Idaho Fries. Kalamata Olive Aioli for dipping the fries in is available upon request.

New Orleans BBQ Shrimp & Grits

Creamy white cheddar cheese grits topped with spicy creole sauce (tomatoes, peppers, onions, cayenne and Zing Zang bloody mary mix). The shrimp (six each) are cooked in a Cajun BBQ butter consisting of black pepper, Cajun spices, garlic, tabasco & Worcestershire sauce and arranged over the grits.

Veal Meatloaf

Meatloaf prepared with ground veal, eggs, panko bread crumbs, sautéed onions with sage. The veal meatloaf is served over roasted garlic mashed potatoes with shiitake mushroom cream sauce and is topped with crispy fried angel hair onions.


New York Strip

Our New York Strip is cut from a specially selected Black Angus Strip Loin in either a 12 ounce or 16 ounce cut. The steak is well seasoned with kosher salt and ground black pepper. The steak is grilled on the char-grill to the guests desired temperature and topped with herb butter. The steak is accompanied by Romesco Sauce (a Spanish preparation consisting of toasted almonds, roasted red peppers, cumin, olive oil, salt & pepper – pesto-like consistency), balsamic roasted red onions, roasted fingerling potatoes & brusells sprouts. Serve with a steak knife.
