Chef Mei Ping is from Beijing, China. She has loved cooking since she was a child and has inherited traditional Chinese cooking methods from her grandparents, while also incorporating new techniques. Chef Mei Ping values organic and healthy ingredients to make delicious food with appealing appearances, fragrances and tastes. Chinese food is spiced according to the changes of the seasons, focusing on the fresh taste of the food and the beauty of its presentation. Please schedule these meals *only* for Wednesday July 29th, for lunch (11-2) or dinner (4-8)! We assume pre-orders are takeout, but feel free to write "dine in!" on the pickup notes if you'd like us to plate your food and save you a table. Walk-ins also welcomed!
