Mosaic / Amarillo / Simcoe hops shine throughout with big tropical notes of mango, lemon and berries up front and a touch of citrus, piney and orange notes. A small percent of light crystal in the malt profile provides the backbone.  After many iterations designing the hop profile of this beer we are Proud to Present, Thousand Oaks IPA. 7%ABV


Tarantula Hill IPA

Traditional Blonde Ale with a touch of Honey Malt for slight sweetness.  Low bittering hops and small amount of aroma hops make this a very easy drinking beer and a great introduction to our other craft beers for people of all walks.  Tarantula Hill Blonde is the powerhouse beer of our brewery.

Tarantula Hill Blonde

 A Hazy IPA done our way with proper brewing techniques adhered to.  A Bright Orange Juicy looking Hazy that’s not muddy, murky, chunky or unfinished.  Using Imperial Juice yeast and plentiful amounts of rolled oats and flaked wheat this brew has a very soft mouthfeel, gorgeous homogeneous haziness and some killer artwork on the cans.  No corner cutting here, like all of our IPAs this beer is never rushed and takes almost 3 weeks to complete.

Liquid Candy

 A traditional Belgian Witbier.  Wheat and Oats in the malt bill give it a smoother mouthfeel and some haze.  Light bittering with Noble Saaz hops in the aroma provide earthy notes.  This fermentation is allowed to freerise up to main temp.  This mixed with a traditional late boil addition of bitter orange peels and fresh ground coriander combine nicely for our award winning Wit.

Jack Wit

One sip and this fruited Hazy IPA will immediately transport your mind and taste buds to a tropical oasis. Packed with tangerine and pineapple this beer is not lacking for flavor but still has everything you want in a Hazy IPA. The hops complement and accentuate the fruit flavors by bringing their own tropical and fruity flavors and aromas of juicy pineapple, citrus and melon.

Paradise Fall Mai Tai

At 4% ABV this Rice Lager is THill’s lightest lager yet! Don't mistake light with a lack of flavor though, Smiling Samurai is packed with traditional Rice Lager flavors as well as a hint of Yuzu fruit to add a subtle fruity zestiness. This beer is so refreshing it will make even the most serious Samurai smile

Tarantula Hill’s 1st Fresh Hop brew of the season does not disappoint with Cascade Fresca. Specially brewed with locally grown Cascade whole leaf hops, freshly harvested and rushed over from Sage Regenerative Kitchen and Brewery in Fillmore CA. This beer is packed with depths of flavor from the fresh hops used throughout the brew. Lemon, Lime, floral and slightly herbal notes dominate while grapefruit and some earthiness round out the pallet. 6%ABV

Cali Day

Every California beach town has their favorite local beach and California Street (C-Street) is ours, so naturally we had to get together with our good friends at Made West Brewing Co. and make a killer West Coast IPA to pay homage. This collaboration features some of our brewery's favorite hop varieties in Citra, ,HBC 586, Mosaic, Simcoe and Ekuanot. We were not satisfied with just your normal hops though, we added some new hop products to exponentially amplify the aromas and flavors in this beer. Citra Dynaboost, Cryo HBC-586, and Cryo Simcoe all add an extra boost to what was already a firing lineup of hops. Dank upfront with notes of lemon/lime and citrus peel, this IPA is crisp and refreshing while still packed with flavor and aroma.

Good Lite

Crisp, clean and crushable describes this craft brewed Mexican lager. A malt bill containing flaked corn and vienna malt creates the body and aroma of a classic Mexican Lager, while the slight addition of hops and Mexican lager yeast add a natural perceived lime aroma. This beer is truly El rey de la colina (The king of the hill).

El Rey

IPA’s are sonomis with California and Cali Nights Black IPA brings together the best of both west coast hoppy and dark bold flavors without leaning too far either way. Dark black in color, crisp and drinkable while still packing a hoppy and roasty punch Cali Nights is great for any occasion. Nelson Sauvin hops from New Zealand bring woody, grape and stone fruit notes that balance the roasted characteristics from the malt. Citra and Mosaic add fruity and citrus characteristics that are a staple for any IPA. The perfect beer for bonfires, sunsets and just kicking back on a Cali Night relaxing. 

Cali Nights IPA

Coffee and IPA might be something that you wouldn't normally think go together but this beer brings together the best of both worlds. Strong but not overpowering roasted coffee and chocolate notes blend with the slight citrus, berry and dank notes from the hops to create a unique beer. Light and clear in color this beer will deceive your eyes but not your tastebuds.

Wake N Dank

16oz pour --- 5.5% ABV

This Czech Style Pilsner was fermented at a very low temperature with lager yeast and then lagered for 8 weeks. This process results in a crystal clear appearance, well balanced, clean and crisp flavors and finish. Medium hopped with Czech Saaz hops, you'll notice a light bittering with pronounced sweetness and fresh baked bread/ toasty aromas. Plentiful amounts of Pilsner malt shines through with the hops adding floral, spicy and lemon zest. Enjoy!
